Client Servicing & Operations
Handling and servicing Relationship Manager Service and maintain the portfolio of High Networth Individuals (HNIs), ensuring customer satisfaction by complying with Service Delivery Quality norms and specified TAT (Turn Around Time) Mutual Fund Transaction/ Month via BSE Star Platform & Physical Applications Handling Clients for Direct Equity, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), Private Equity, Alternative Investment Funds, Structure Products, Real Estate, Bonds, Account Activation and related documentation of all wealth products for Individuals (Resident Indians & NRIs), Corporates, HUFs (Hindu Undivided Family), Partnerships, LLPs (Limited Liability Partnership), Trusts and Societies Arrange & manage Low Scale Conferences for HNIs with Product Fund Managers, to discuss and explain any new/ updated product features, for both NEW & Existing Products Coordinate with different third-party AMCs (Asset Management Company) i.e., ICICI, HDFC, KOTAK, FRANKLIN, AXIS, MIRAE, UTI, SBI, L&T, Sundaram, DSP etc. to execute mutual fund transactions for the clients Formulate and execute procedures to ensure seamless execution of all operational activities related to Private Wealth Business for e.g. Process Notes and Business Reports Skills Ability to handle large volume of transactions and juggle priorities. Promote client services in a manner that maintains and expands business relationships. Highly detail oriented and Emphatic to client requirements and solving client issue Strong ability to follow through on complex multi-step tasks and good time management skills to see a task/project through completion Work with internal departments and management if necessary to ensure client priorities are understood to ensure service delivery standards are consistent and adheredJob tags
