Job description
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- Instantly identify candidates who want to hear from you using the 'Open to work' filter
- Increase the likelihood of an InMail response by up to 20% when reaching out to candidates found through Spotlights Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Narrow or expand your keyword searches to find the exact profiles you're seeking
- Use quotes and modifiers like 'and' or 'not' in search strings to focus your search even
- Save time with customizable InMail templates and bulk-messaging capabilities
- Personalize your messages using slide-in candidate profiles that provide more context to your conversation
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
- Save time by taking bulk actions on multiple messages at once
- Share candidate conversation history and tag teammates for increased collaboration
- Avoid losing any candidate correspondence by reassigning inboxes to the right recruiters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
