We are hiring for our premium client who are in Solar domain. It will be direct payroll with client and it gone be Contractual role for 1 year duration.
Position SummaryÂ
Oversee onsite projects for timely delivery and quality adherence, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Â
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of onsite projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to manage project scope, timelines, and resources.Â
- Progress reports, and documentation for project milestones.Â
- Ensuring implementation of Work Permit system/ Line Permit system, & Pre-deployment screening & medical of workers, survey of old lines, T&P inspection system.Â
- Maintain clear and open communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.Â
- Conduct regular project status meetings and SAP updates to keep all relevant parties informed.Â
- Handling Energy cost /operation cost /project CostÂ
- Recording, maintaining & tracking closure of HSE violation cases, flashing the same in monthly review meetings.Â
ExperienceÂ
- Experience of 3-5 yearsÂ
- Exposure to project execution is mandatoryÂ
- Should have experience working on SAP/ERP modulesÂ
Education Qualification / Additional CertificationsÂ
- Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical), BE / B Tech preferredÂ
- Should have an experience working in EPC/Infra/Solar Sector/TelecomÂ
Skills /CompetenciesÂ
- Should have collaborative & flexible style of working Â
- Effective communicator with excellent oral & written skillsÂ
- Robust risk management, Compliance & Governance skillsÂ
- Strong business understanding to ensure smooth formulation and implementation of all the policies and proceduresÂ
- Strong negotiation skillsÂ
- Comfortable with handling volatile situations and adapting to change
Qualifications
- Effective Communication skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Extensive knowledge of Project Engineering
- Experience in Project Planning
- Strong Electrical Engineering skills
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
- Experience with quality assurance/control and safety procedures are an added advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
