Job description
A. Lead of QA/QC in developing and maintaining Quality management system for the project
B. Take lead of QA/QC in formulation and implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures
C. Incharge in quality planning, quality control and adherence to quality policies
D. Procured material quality control and execution quality control on day to day working
E. Interacting with employer/ engineer/ vendors for all quality related matters
F. Conducting periodic internal quality audits
G. Addressing quality issues highlighted by Employer / Client
H. Giving and conducting toolbox talk to formalize frontline staff on quality issues
I. Representing the contractor in the quality meeting, quality coordination with Client representative
J. Inspection of purchased material
K. Ensuring the execution activities conform to the requirement
L. Ensuring track parameters are conforming to the requirement
M. Concrete mix design and laboratory testing
N. Production quality control for concrete
O. Management of handing over documents
P. Preparing Quality plans/ manuals, Method statements, Inspection & Test plans
Q. Responding and managing internal and external NCRs
