Job Overview:
MentorMe Career Intelligence and Training Private Limited, a leading player in the Edtech sector focusing on 8th to 12th Standard students, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in inside sales, with a strong background in the Edtech space, specifically K12 education. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative will be to drive sales of our online career assessment and guidance products.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on our online career assessment and guidance products.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Sales Presentations:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our career assessment and guidance solutions.
- Customize presentations to meet the specific needs of potential customers.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity, follow-up, and results.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the Edtech sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiarity with the K12 education sector and Edtech landscape.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
