Maintenance Activities, As Maintenance Senior Engineer
- Demonstrated proficiency in planning & implementing the preventive, predictive & breakdown
maintenance schedules for improving the OEE and safety of plant equipments & machinery.
- Entrusted with responsibility of Documentation & faced audits of EMS & OHSAS, ISO
- Maintenance repairing & spare part cost review & review spare part consumptions weekly basis
- Motivation of manpower & discipline maintain of department, Calibration of the team of operation
- Improve m/c efficiency by DM, PM active. Guide and train the Engineer & technician on m/c
- Coordinate of manpower & distribution of task as per efficiency
- Jig ficture knowedge Maintenance tool maintenance,Machine Maintenance
