Job Title : VP/GM/DGM/Head-Business Development & Sales-Delhi-NCR

Engineer/Diploma/MBA with mininmum 15 yr experience as VP/GM/Head Sales & Marketing with solid Exposure in Business Development for High-end Modular Kitchen, Modular furniture/concept Cabins/Interior Furnishings for Elite Customers/HNI clients. He will lead, motivate and guide NCR team of Sales & Marketing Officers in achieving Goals of Customer Experience and Profitable Sales in Delhi NCR & other Elite/assigned markets.

Job Description : 

1. Business development for full range of Modular Kitchen, Modular furniture/concept Cabins/Interior Furnishings for Elite in Delhi NCR region, Mumbai/Metros and all India.
2. Build business by identifying and selling to elite prospects; maintaining relationships with Architects, Builders, Interior Designers and individual elite clients
3. Identify business opportunities by identifying elite prospects,understanding their needs and evaluating their position in society & industry; researching and analyzing sales options for enhancong customer experience.
4. Appointment of channel partner across India
5. Spearhead the team effort by accomplishing related results,lead by example,motivate and guide team members.

He will be responsible to expand business Pan-India, Scale up and take the Company to Next Level in delivering Customer delight & Customer Experience in B2C and B2B domain.
