Job Title: Sales Development Manager - Gold Loan

Qualification: Bachelors degree (Mandatory)

Job Level: Entry to Mid-level

Salary Range: INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month

Experience: 0-3 years

Location: Mavelikkara, Panagad, Kangarappady, Kathrikkadavu

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Generate new business leads through various channels.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Provide product knowledge and information to customers.

Prepare and present regular sales reports.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree (Mandatory).
2. 0-3 years of experience in sales.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
