Job description
Role Objective:
Care.Fi is looking for energetic and passionate individuals who want to join us on our mission
to disrupt the traditional healthcare ecosystem in India.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead 0 to 1 journey for new categories, identified after deep market research and unique
customer insights
● Develop regional strategy and business plans with inputs from regional teams
● Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify Voice of Customer, identify the unique
needs, and build solutions tailored to them
Qualification & Experience:
An ideal candidate would have:
Candidates from top B-schools & Management Colleges are preffered
● 1-4 years of experience in Pharma /FMCG / Consulting / B2B Commerce startups / SME
Lending startups (Preferred not mandatory)
● Good understanding of Indian healthcare ecosystem (Preferred
● Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
