Marketing Automation Specialist

We are hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to be a key contributor to our growing marketing automation practice. You will be responsible for the management and day-to-day operation of Kaseya's marketing technology and automation systems, specifically Marketo and Salesforce.com, and other adjacent platforms. You will work closely with global marketing colleagues to adopt industry best practices for building and executing automated campaigns, measuring performance and optimizing marketing results. The role will report to the Marketing Automation Manager for Kaseya.
Ideal candidates bring proven marketing automation experience, as well as a strong understanding of B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Design, build, execute and optimize marketing programs and campaigns within Marketo, Salesforce.com, and other integrated/related systems to deliver measurable results.
- Create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, nurture programs, lead scoring, other campaign assets and automation in accordance with industry best practices, Kaseya standards, and requirements provided by internal clients. Consistently complete assigned tasks and projects on-time and to specifications.
- Test and QA marketing automation programs.
- Maintain the contact database; upload lists; maintain segmentation; uphold data hygiene standards; optimize email deliverability.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and build various technology integrations including CRM, webinar platforms, data enhancement tools, etc.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creative and copy tests when required.
- Measure, track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of programs.
- Monitor technology developments and trends; make recommendations for adoption at Kaseya.
- Act as project manager for marketing initiatives as needed, maintaining project plans and keeping the team on-schedule.
- Other related tasks and duties as needed.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5+ years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of marketing automation experience in Marketo and Salesforce.com. Strong preference for candidates who are certified in Marketo and/or competitive marketing automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of demand generation, lead lifecycle, lead nurturing and lead management.
- A proven history of delivering high quality projects on time and within budget guidelines.
- Experienced in webinar hosting platforms, including scheduling, prepping, hosting, recording, and follow up.
- Track record of outstanding success marketing to mid-sized businesses and Managed Service Providers.
- Excellent marketing project management skills to allow for timely planning, executing and reporting on multiple marketing projects at the same time, and the ability to perform in fast-paced and high-energy environment.
