What youll do:
All new features, products and process improvements are associated with the experience of Sellers and Partners in onboarding new items to our catalog.
Work across product and engineering teams to deliver scalable systems/solutions that power the experience of Sellers and Partners.
Resolve issues faced by end users proactively, effectively, and independently, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity.
Perform complex data analysis and come up with actionable insights for product and service improvement for Sellers and Partners.
Assist Sellers and Partners on the new products and new features of existing products from execution to operational excellence.
Define, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends to the leadership team.
What youll bring:
1-2 Years of experience in one or more roles in a medium to large operations team like customer support or a fulfillment inside a global organization.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Stronger appetite for teamwork, and a just-do-it attitude.
Must be highly organized, technically-minded and an excellent communicator.
Should have multitasking capabilities with high attention to details and timelines.
Analytical skills to perform technical and functional analysis with strong communication skills (SA).
Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary.
