Position: Office Administrator
Location: Patna, Bihar (Nationwide) applications welcome)
Responsibilities:
1. Primary responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring SOP compliance.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to achieve efficiency.
2. Accounts and Finance.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and financial record-keeping.
- Handle petty cash and reconciliation tasks.
3. Microsoft Excel Proficiency.
-Use advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
4. Inventory Control.
- Collaborate with the warehouse for stock management.
- Conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels, reorders, supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
5. Vendor Coordination and Ordering
Communicate with vendors to ensure timely procurement of office and pharmacy products.
- Place and track orders, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
6. Stakeholder Relationships
Establish and maintain strong relationships. With customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications: -
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting Microsoft Excel, and office coordination .
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and make informed decisions.
