B.Com, DFM or Any Graduate

SKILL :

Good Communication

Accounting Knowledge

Knowledge of MS tools - Excel (Vlook-up, Pivot Table etc), Word, PowerPoint.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Payroll Knowledge (PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity.. etc)
  2. Employee self-services and HRMS
  3. Update salary Inputs like Attendance, onetime payments and Deduction etc
  4. Validate Output of Salary Registers.
  5. Validate PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, TDS calculations.
  6. Manage and Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  7. Co-ordinate with clients to understand their payroll process and setup.
  8. Configure payroll setup in system.
  9. Quarterly and Yearly Return Filing.
  10. Address and resolve clients queries related to Payroll.
  11. Provide payroll process training to clients.
  12. Process Full and Final Settlement.
  13. Verify Investment Documents.
