Job description

We are currently looking for VICE PRESIDENT - SPONGE IRON in EXPERIENCE OVER ALL 350/500 TPD for well reputed steel plant at Kolkata location

• Annual Production & Raw material planning as per Management.
• Ensure that the production is cost effective;
• Quality compliance. / Environment & OHS Compliance.
• Inventory control through Controlling Sp. Consumption.
• Continuous improvement in process & overall department performance.
• Monitor the production and Quality as per customer requirement;
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
• Planning for Environment Aspect & risk.
• Cost control measures.
• Employee involvement in performance improvement.
• Co-ordination with all service department / division.
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
• Review worker performance monthly;
• Identify training needs for staffs and workers.
