Position Summary: NPS Prism has experienced tremendous growth as a standalone software and data business over the past two years and is making the leap from being a consulting-led business to a technology-led business. Given that shift, we are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The candidate will play a role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our DevOps infrastructure to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our software development and deployment processes providing solution for the integration between our projects. Essentials Functions: Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain automated deployment and configuration management systems. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to ensure consistent and scalable infrastructure. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery. Manage and optimize build and release processes to streamline development workflows. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with development, operations, Data Engineers, and QA teams to understand project requirements and ensure successful deployments. Foster a culture of collaboration and communication between different teams for seamless integration of processes. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring solutions to detect and address issues proactively. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and application issues in a timely manner. Security and Compliance: Ensure the security of the DevOps environment and implement best practices for compliance. Collaborate with security teams to integrate security measures into the CI/CD pipeline. Qualifications: Education and Work Experience: Candidate should be a Graduate from top-tier College with strong academic records and 12-24 months of relevant experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: DevOps Tools: Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform. Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Scripting and Programming: Shell, Python. Monitoring and Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana. Good to have AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, or other industry-recognized certifications Good to have knowledge of Tableau/AlteryxJob tags
