Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Source to Pay Consulting!

In this role, you will be ensuring quality delivery against scope, strategic due diligence, change management, and providing status reports to ensure uninterrupted client experience.

Responsibilities

. Managing client contact on a day-to-day basis, understanding their needs and developing actionable recommendations.

. Collaborate with cross-functional client teams across the globe and internal Genpact teams to ensure seamless project execution.

. Develop presentations and manage research work, which includes advanced financial analysis of client, competitor, and industry data

. Conduct detailed process analysis at L3/L4 levels to understand the scope of prevalent digital tools/technology and suggest ideas for process improvement and transformation.

. Develop knowledge of the various services delivered by the firm and leverage the knowledge to identify potential sales opportunities.

. You will be responsible for delivering projects exceeding client expectations and as a way to craft future engagements. You will partner with the Vertical TS teams, PE leadership team, the Service Line and the Digital/Analytics teams, and the front-end sales teams.

. Proficiency in hands on experience on S2P processes. Preferably in Ariba/Coupa platforms (Implementation, integration, Customization

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

. Relevant experience as a process consultant with a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools. Minimum requirement of a green belt certification.

. Proven experience in digital advisory, or a technology delivery environment. Proficiency in Agile Scrum, SDLC, and consulting delivery is required.

. Experience in industry domain areas of Banking or Capital Market. Experience in the area of Corporate / Commercial Banking is advantageous.

. Knowledge of one or more technologies (system of engagement, workflows, APIs, or smart forms) and experience in the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects.

. Project management capabilities, ability to plan & prioritize and adopt a structured approach.

. Communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (Cantonese is preferred).

Preferred qualifications

. Experience in leading cross-functional teams, either regionally or globally, with strong project/program leadership skills and the ability to empower and encourage teams to deliver results.

. Possesses excellent interpersonal communications, team building, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate Genpact&rsquos vision and motivate others to share passion and culture.
