As a telecaller responsibilities are shown below.
1) As a Telecaller you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
2) Minimum 150-200 fresh calls for loans to generate business.
3) Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
4) Resolving queries and issues related to the product and services.
5) Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
