Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai as an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing processes to improve efficiencies, managing teams, supervising staff, and ensuring all projects are completed within deadlines.
- A self-driven individual who is excellent at talking to clients and maintaining a good rapport with them.
- Should be good at sales and be able to communicate effectively and convincingly about our Company's service offerings.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring continuous flow of work should be willing to travel to all metro locations and ensure regular face-to-face meetings.
- Should be proficient in making pitch presentations.
- Proficient in English communication – written and spoken.
- Ethical and responsible handling of client servicing.
- Should have handled a team and thus be able to effectively manage a team of 1-2 executives
- Should be disciplined, punctual and cordial in maintaining relationships within the company and with clients.
- Should be a team player and be able to get the work done through the other teams - such as operations, accounts etc.
- Will be responsible to ensure that the work received is executed effectively and be responsible for ensuring reports and end-to end execution.
- Work with multiple vendors/teams and monitor the activity to ensure the desired results are achieved.
- Be consistent and have perseverance to follow up with clients attention to detail.
- Should know how to execute the project & get the job done.
- Driven to meet deadlines.
- Ready to work on weekends if required.
- Develop new clients and ensure Business development.
- Should be able to make marketing plans and proposals.
- Generate business from new clients.
- Leader and team player.
- Dependable and responsible as an individual
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
- Experience in the technology or recruitment industry is a plus
