The agency has worked with over 50 startups in the last five years, of which 14 have become unicorns. One Four Seven offers a range of services including Brand & Visual Identity, Digital Ad Campaigns, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Platform-Specific Content Creation, Animation & Films, and Digital Marketing Strategy. The agency is made up of 65 highly active creatives, strategists, and managers whose mission is to explore every possible situation with the intent to solve for maximum value.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer, located in New Delhi. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing visual elements that convey a brand's message and identity. They will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to design logos, branding materials, typography, and other graphics. The Senior Graphic Designer will also manage junior designers and provide guidance and constructive feedback.

Qualifications Expertise in Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding. Proficiency in Typography. Experience in creating graphics for social media and digital campaigns. Strong portfolio displaying design skills and experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Experience in working with startups or fast-paced creative environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Design Software Proficiency:

Demonstrate proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools to create stunning visual content. Collaboration and Idea Generation:

Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Art Directors to generate clear and innovative ideas and concepts that align with client objectives. Brainstorming and Concept Development:

Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas on a regular basis, pushing the boundaries of design. Visualise Ideas:

Create sketches, storyboards, rough drafts, and other visual aids to visualise and communicate design concepts effectively. Understanding Marketing Initiatives:

Gain a deep understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audiences to create designs that resonate with clients' goals. Team Collaboration:

Work in tandem with the rest of the creative team, providing input, feedback, and support to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns. Project Execution:

Take design work from concept to final execution within stipulated deadlines, maintaining the highest quality standards. Delegation and Direction:

Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers when required, providing clear directions and guidance. Client Presentations:

Present completed design ideas to clients or team members as needed, effectively articulating the creative vision. Industry Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure your work is cutting-edge and innovative. Original Visual Executions:

Generate original visual executions that are both aesthetically and creatively attractive, pushing creative boundaries. Collaborative Ideation

: Actively contribute to ideation sessions while ensuring flawless execution and the highest level of design skills. Development of Brand Guidelines:

Work with the team to develop visual and brand guidelines for clients when required. Layout and Design:

Have a critical eye for layout, typography, and design, ensuring all elements are visually harmonious. Media Trends:

Stay informed about new media formats and learn how to incorporate them into campaigns and daily deliverables. Skill Development:

Collaborate with senior designers and art directors to enhance your skills and insights in the field. Concept Development:

Develop concepts and present them internally and externally, as required, until a preferred route is agreed upon between the agency and the client. Online Content Layout:

Manage the preparation of design layouts for online content, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines. Art Direction:

Actively participate in pre-production activities, attend photo and video shoots, and supervise post-production to bring creative visions to life.

Requirements: Portfolio Excellence:

An outstanding portfolio that showcases your creativity, versatility, and experience in creating various types of digital marketing collateral. Professional Experience:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related field. Design Software Proficiency:

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software/tools. Design Fundamentals:

Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, and composition. Communication Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal team members. Organisational Skills:

Excellent time management and organisational abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently. Detail-Oriented:

Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, error-free work. Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
