We are hiring for "Senior Associates Public Issuance" for the Chennai location. Below are the details of the role
Senior Associate Public Issuance Compliance
- Manage and ensure compliance with SEBI intermediary regulations Companies Act and other relevant regulations pertaining to public debt issuance.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies including SEBI and maintain effective communication to address compliance matters and updates.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of documents filed by the Company in relation to merchant banking for public debt issuance.
- Stay informed about the latest regulatory changes and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders regarding their implications.
- Maintain secretarial records and oversee corporate law compliances under the Companies Act.
- Create and implement various policies required by the Company to ensure a robust compliance framework.
- Stay abreast of all SEBI regulations including Merchant Banking Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) and other relevant Companies Rules and Companies Act.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Law Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance preferably in merchant banking or financial services.
- Indepth knowledge of SEBI regulations Companies Act and other relevant legal frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
