Job Description Experience : 6 -10 Years Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore Mode : Hybrid Should have strong knowledge in Solution Manager 7.2 Experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.2 Incident Management (IT Service Management) Change Request Management (ChaRM) Managing Solution Manager Projects and Blueprint Integration with ARIS etc. Knowledge various Solution Manager Features Configuration knowledge f Incident Management process and IT Service Management features in Solution Manager Configuration knowledge of Change Management process, Project Management. He/ she should have experience in setting up and troubleshooting BPM. Must be able to present and interact with business process owners in the environment. Should pass working experience in their components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centers. Should have experience of SAP Solman Implementation fr0m to the bottom starting with change management and project planning, t physical transports f changes form the development environment int the productive environment. Able to deal with the performance optimization Systems connected Solman System. Should be able to manage SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities. Must have excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the environment. Having experience n Hana Experience, NetWeaver concepts and products like ERP, S4H, BW is value added Ability to troubleshot/analyze and resolve technical problems. Knowledge and experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting Preferable SOLMAN upgrade activities. Experience in Developing SAP Technical standard & Processes and drive adoption. Provide training and directing to their preretinal support teams. Participate in providing 24x7 support on a rotational basis to ensure certain critical systems for different customers.
