Job description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Delhi, India. The Architect's day-to-day responsibilities include designing, working drawings, analyzing building codes, zoning regulations, and site requirements, providing cost estimates, collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field 0-2 years of experience in architectural design and construction Strong knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or any other 3D software Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Effective communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental regulations Experience with Healthcare projects, Interior design and LEED certification is a plus Registered architect in India.
