Title - Area Sales Manager - HORECA / Institution , Bangalore ( Fresh & Frozen / Chilled Meat) Manage the sales of Chilled Meat in the given region through HORECA and Institution Analyze market trends and channels to forecast demand towards tapping the high-potential areas. Allocate targets to sales executives. Allocate both monetary and manpower resources. Developing individuals to realize their potential in the organization. Ability to identify the product for consumers in terms of physical quality parameters/product and packaging. Monitoring and providing feedback on product quality in the market. Experience - 8-10 years only in Frozen or Meat company, Team handling experience is must.
