As a Technical Product Manager at 42crm.io, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our product roadmap, with a focus on leveraging advanced technologies including Vertex AI, Generative AI, and cutting-edge data management solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and sales to deliver innovative CRM solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals and customer needs, leveraging advanced technologies such as Vertex AI, Generative AI, and cutting-edge data management solutions.
• Define product requirements and specifications based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis, with a particular emphasis on advanced AI integration and functionality.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that incorporate advanced AI capabilities.
• Drive the adoption and integration of advanced AI technology within our CRM platform, working closely with engineering and data science teams to implement robust data management and personalization features.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that leverage advanced AI capabilities to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation in the AI space.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI-related product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced AI technology, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to inform product decisions and drive customer-centric innovation in the AI space.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging for AI-related product features and enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing technical products from conception to launch, preferably in the SaaS or CRM space, with experience integrating advanced AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of advanced technologies such as Vertex AI, Generative AI, and cutting-edge data management solutions, with the ability to leverage these technologies to drive product innovation.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and developments, particularly in the AI space.
