Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Head to join our team at VLCC Institute. As a Centre Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of our centre in Surat, Gujarat, India. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality wellness and beauty services to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wellness or beauty industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively
  • Good knowledge of wellness and beauty services
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Supervise and train the staff to deliver high-quality wellness and beauty services
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Manage inventory and ensure availability of products and supplies
  • Track and report key performance metrics to the management
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance appraisals
  • Stay updated with industry developments and recommend innovative ideas to enhance the centre's offerings
