Aashna Financial Services is a financial service platform that assists individuals, corporate bodies, and NRIs in investing in Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and Bonds online and offline.
Responsibilities - ) Excellent written and verbal communication
- ) Keep prospective client database updated
- ) Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- ) Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
- ) Understanding clients needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- ) Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information per email.
- ) Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- ) Staying informed about competing products and services.
- ) Upselling products and services.
- ) Researching and qualifying new leads.
- ) Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- ) Make cold calls for new & existing business leads
- ) Maintain knowledge of service offerings of the company
- ) Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of quotations
- ) Update CRM system with all customer communications
