Basic Function
Responsible for creating and executing corporate demand and replenishment plans that ensure continuous inventory availability while simultaneously managing inventory holding costs and minimizing product expiry. This role supports the Supply Chain managers with data and analytics reports/metrics, as well as helping to ensure key projects are aligned with the PMO office.
This role will be key to the engagement of both internal and external stakeholders via a Sales and Operational Planning process and reporting of key operational metrics.
This position reports to the Director, Supply Chain , and will take functional guidance from the Supply Chain Managers
Detailed Responsibilities
General
3. Build and Maintain Strong relationship with Global Vendors/partners by developing a strong positive rapport with SteriMax vendors, partners and CMOs.
Supply Chain Analytics
1. Responsible for generating and publishing all departmental weekly and monthly reports.
2. Accountable for developing and communicating prescribed Supply Chain metrics and KPI's.
3. Responsible for identifying and providing feedback for root cause analysis and corrective action for KPI target and other supply chain related issues.
4. Proactively identify cost-savings opportunities to the business and provide financial and operational recommendations by utilizing lean six sigma and the best-in-class optimization technique.
Product – Production, Procurement and Forecasting
1. Determine the optimal safety stock requirements by SKU and ensure that those requirements are consistently met across the global supply chain.
2. Develop and lead a corporate Sales & Operational Planning process including Sales, Marketing, QA and finance.
3. Creation of 24-month Demand rolling forecasts - by SKU, for all finished and API product and the creation of a 12-18-month Master PO scheduler - by vendor. Proactive engagement of key internal / external stakeholders will be important to forecast and PO schedule generation.
4. Coordinate, as appropriate, the supply of packaging and API materials to the respective manufacturing site to ensure timely and efficient production of goods.
5. Responsible for all Supply Chain facets relating to product launches.
6. Internal Planning Forecast – Manage and communicate required timelines for the release and packaging activities of products to meet inventory and business requirements.
7. Overall purchase order management scheduling, reporting and process facilitation.
8. Departmental KPI dashboard development and roll-out.
9. Responsible for generating and publishing all departmental weekly and monthly reports.
10. In tandem with the Director, acts as a key contact to major suppliers, partners and CMOs.
Logistics Support
Skills/Competencies
· 3-5 years of proven strategic sourcing and replenishment experience.
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Proven ability to manage projects and to work collaboratively in a team setting
· Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Access knowledge would be a definite asset.
· A numbers person who is very attentive to detail.
· Hands-on experience leading the development and Roll-Out of corporate S&OP.
· Minimum 3 years 'hands-on' ERP experience.
· Self- initiative and can operate independently.
· Highly motivated demonstrating a solution-orientated style with a strong understanding of when to ask for guidance/direction and assistance.
· Active listener who can expresses ideas in ways that build commitment and trust.

Education and Experience
· University Degree Preferred. Minimum College Diploma; preferably in related field.
· Supply Chain certification or working towards to achieving one (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF, etc.)
· Relevant membership in any supply chain related organization would be an asset.
