We have an urgent opening for the position of Operations Manager  for a reputed company in (the Medical Loan Industry)at the Andheri location.

Job Description:

• Ensure that loan / KYC documentation is accurate, complete, and properly executed as per internal and regulatory guidelines
• Scheme confirmation/verification of hospitals as per tie-up criteria.
• Loan disbursement
• Accounting for disbursed loans.
• Esurance disbursement TAT
• Responsible for scheduled payouts on due dates for Finance Partners
• Compliance training of the team field team
• Safekeeping of loan documents
• Responsible for dealing with respective bankers/FIs relating to disbursements
• Managing the cash flow and ensuring the availability of required funds.
