Roles and Responsibilities
- Study and document the AS IS process adopted by clients
- Ability to reconcile AP & AR (Inter-company transactions)
- Exposure to Trial balance finalization.
- Exposure to payroll accounting, posting journal entries & VAT/GST
calculations/returns.
- Ability to understand and resolve queries raised by Client.
- Document processes, work instructions and ability provide training and support to end users
- Provides support for the large project / transformation initiatives.
- Works with Project teams to develop and coordinate project processes, including scope management, issue resolution, risk management, delivery acceptance, quality control, project work plans and rollout strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong accounting knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of Journal entries.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details.
- Willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel & Word is mandatory).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be agile and learn different technologies available in market etc.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification- B.com, CA(Inter) , ACCA (Inter) MBA (Finance), or any course specialized in
Accounting/Finance
Experience of 2-4 years in Accounting, Project Management
