Role Summary Design, develop, and maintain the systems and infrastructure required for effective data processing, storage, and retrieval Key accountabilities/ responsibilities · Strong knowledge of the MuleSoft Any point Platform and its components. MuleSoft Administration: · Install, configure, and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. · Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the MuleSoft environment. · Monitor system performance and provide proactive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. · Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates to the MuleSoft platform. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft applications and integrations. Integration Development and Deployment: · Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft integrations. · Configure and manage API gateways, proxies, and endpoints. · Implement and enforce integration development best practices and standards. · Conduct code reviews and guide development teams for optimal integration performance and efficiency." Monitoring and Support: · Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance. · Provide technical support and issue resolution for MuleSoft applications and integrations. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems. · Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve system issues." · Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures. · Develop and deliver training materials to educate users and stakeholders on MuleSoft capabilities and best practices. · Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration strategies. · Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders regarding MuleSoft platform capabilities and limitations. · Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on integration projects. · Proficiency in configuring and managing API gateways, proxies, and endpoints. · Knowledge of API design and RESTful principles. · Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MuleSoft applications and integrations.
