Job Profile: The Factory Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of our factory operations, ensuring efficient and profitable performance. This role will involve managing key relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to optimize production processes, maximize revenue, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management within a manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize factory performance and drive revenue growth. Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring favorable terms to support production requirements. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, align production schedules, and meet customer requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement. Analyze production costs, pricing strategies, and profitability to identify areas for cost reduction and margin improvement. Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Prepare and present regular reports on factory performance, financial metrics, and commercial initiatives to senior management. Resolve commercial disputes, customer complaints, and supply chain issues in a timely and effective manner. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting commercial operations and ensure compliance. Mentor and develop commercial team members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Required Qualification: A proficient CA with prior experience as Commercial Manager Proven experience in procurement and supplier management Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Results-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Looking for Cost Accountant, Someone with ICMAI OR ICWA OR CMA. Has Worked on BOM ( Bill of Material ) i.e. Cost/pricing
