Sales Manager / Sr Senior Manager: Residential Sales

ï'· Job Position: Sales Manager / Sr Sales Manager
ï'· Function: Sales & Marketing
ï'· Location: North Bangalore
ï'· Experience: 8+ years of handling residential sales and HNI clients
ï'· Education: Any graduate

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
o Proven work experience of minimum 8+ years in residential sales
o Ability to manage team of sales executives and channel partners to achieve sales
targets
o Should possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, organizational and time
management skills

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Meeting clients to brief product through presentations
o Facilitating site visits for clients and resolving their queries
o Following up with clients towards sales closures.
o Ensure highest quality of customer satisfaction at all times
o Responsible for overall team performance, capability development and managing
key client relationships from time to time.
o Onboard new Channel partners and drive channel sales
o Consistently partner with all the sales teams and channel partners to achieve
revenue
o Be accountable for achieving sales targets
