Job Title: Inside Sales

Organization Name: NEC Corporation of India Ltd.

Role Summary: Should have complete knowledge and experience in Intelligent Sales end-to-end. Should be seamless in solutions across marketing, sales, and service. The resource should enable clients to drive sustainable growth by enhancing their capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across customer lifecycle, and cold calling skills.

In the Inside Sales team, he/she will need to provide support for leads/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / to connect via social media to generate leads, schedule 'first meetings' for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

· The desired candidate should make cold calls and identify key prospects who could be potential customers for NEC in the areas of technology assigned to the individual.

· Schedule meetings with prospects and assign to reporting managers, fulfilling the parameters met for setting up an appointment.

· Generate leads through other sources such as email marketing, social media marketing, engage in forum discussions etc., to identify potential leads.

· Ensure all the leads are captured, and tracked and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the reporting manager to generate forecast for target vs achievement strategy.

· Resource will be responsible to connect with the right decision makers and key influencers within the organization to generate new business opportunities.

· Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
