Daily customer visits, generating RFQs, New customer development, meeting target revenue & YOY growth. Market penetration & increasing market share. Bearing market knowledge, Competitor information & intelligence. Tenders & Quotation submission. Resolving customer queries, Negotiation, Securing Orders and conversion of competitor business. Material planning and forecasting for smooth deliveries to customer. Identifying and execute for additional business. Maintain healthy business relation with customers. Interdepartmental coordination. Maintain profitability, create Business case for approval. Payment collection & price increase. Follow-up with multiple agencies both internal & external to achieve Customer Delight.
