Responsibilities Join the dynamic Technology & Growth Advisory (TGA) team at Hourglass Research, where you will spearhead transformative projects in the FMCG and cross-domain industry. As a key player, you will orchestrate the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. It would be a great opportunity to contribute in team building and new capability creation. • Leading project engagements from start to finish, including client interaction, proposal creation, effort estimation, and overseeing execution. • Crafting comprehensive proposal documents aligned with client objectives. • Collaborating with managers to accurately estimate project efforts. • Driving revenue targets and managing cost matrices. • Upholding high standards of work quality for both yourself and your team. • Facilitating client communication throughout the study process. • Proactively identifying and addressing project risks and challenges. • Generating industry decks, whitepapers, and other collateral to support business development. • Mentoring junior team members and fostering their growth. • Ensuring adherence to Hourglass Research policies and guidelines. Qualifications • Must have: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering, including disciplines such as Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical or Material Engineering, Material Science, and related fields • Must have: Master's degree (MSc or MBA) in Food Science, Food Technology or above-mentioned domains, Strategy, Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. • Should have: Strong understanding of FMCG & Cross domain industry trends, regulations, and best practices. • Should have: Certification or specialized training in project management, Team development and Design thinking or similar domainJob tags
