Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the requirements and perform preliminary screening of profiles/resumes to match the requirements as per the provided Job Descriptions (JD),
- Identifying relevant profiles matching the JD provided for IT & Non-IT positions,
- Conduct screening interviews over the phone and shortlist prospective candidates for our clients for Entry-level jobs to Middle management.
- Sourcing through job portals (Naukri) social media like LinkedIn / Facebook and other available online forums.
- Coordinate with the potential candidates to schedule them for the Interviews.
- Should conduct market research on the availability of talent pool in specific markets /Regions.
- Introduce new companies for tie-up/empanelment for recruitment /Placement & HR Services.
- Maintain healthy relationships with clients and candidates to generate new business and potential references.
- Tracker to be maintained for all sourced CVs online in Google Sheets or given CRM/ATS as per the requirements of the company & clients.
Desired Skills:
- Education- Graduate
- Experience: 1+ Years in Recruitment & Placement
- Experience in sourcing & interviewing potential candidates for IT/Non-IT positions
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office- Word, Excel and internet.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- High on Confidence, Influencing and Relationship-building
- Should be a self-starter & team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- People person & ability to build rapport with employees. Good Listening, Analytical skills.
- Ability to work and deliver the results as per the client/business needs.
