Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Administrator Officer at BGENT in Vellore. The Junior Administrator Officer will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing paperwork, scheduling appointments. They will also be responsible for communicating with clients and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, and supporting senior management as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Prior experience in administrative or clerical work
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer service is a plus
• Freshers is preferred
