Job description

Job Summary: As an Account Manager (Social) at MediaX, you'll report to the Account Director, cultivate client relationships, ensure a great customer experience, and coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines. We're seeking a candidate with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. In this role, you'll oversee strategy, execution, and art teams, liaise with clients, and ensure timely, stakeholder-approved project delivery, contributing significantly to project success and business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Client Relationship Management and Communication

  1. -Conduct bi-monthly feedback calls to update clients on project progress.
  2. -Actively monitor external and internal groups to identify areas for improvement.
  3. -Provide valuable advice to the internal team to enhance client satisfaction.
  4. -Serve as the point of contact for recurring clients associated with marketing services, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships.
  5. -Build and nurture strong client relationships, addressing any escalations effectively.
  6. -Serve as the primary point of contact for recurring clients associated with marketing services, maintaining regular communication, and fostering strong relationships.
  7. -Conduct brief and content review meetings with clients to review work progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
  8. -Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and recommendations based on industry best practices.
  9. -Conduct face-to-face client meetings to build trust and rapport.
  10. Understand and align with the client's vision, brand voice, and direction.
  11. -Ensure completion of Statements of Work (SOW) and client objectives.

2. Strategic Planning :

  1. Understand various rate structures, including performance marketing and influencer activities.
  2. Assist in upselling activities and maximizing agency billing.

3. Internal Team Growth and Project Management:

  1. Coordinate and oversee agency staff working on client projects.
  2. Ensure adherence to agency processes and quality standards.
  3. Foster creativity and motivation through brainstorming sessions with the internal team.
  4. Devise solutions for clients and internal team training.

4. Marketing Expertise and Trend Analysis

  1. Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and innovations.
  2. Align the strategic direction of client brands with their objectives.

5.Workflow Coordination and Quality Assurance

  1. Oversee the creation of reports, strategy decks, and other deliverables.
  2. Collaborate with various teams to ensure project delivery within deadlines and budget.
  3. Effectively assign, delegate, and coordinate tasks to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  1. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Execution or 1 year of experience in Account Management.
  2. - Proven track record in client relationship management and marketing services.
  3. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. - Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  5. - In-depth knowledge of marketing trends and industry best practices.
  6. - Proficiency in standard office software and project management tools.
  7. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. - Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  9. - Proactive and client-centric approach to work.
