About the role:-
As an Associate Program Manager in Product Ops, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure the optimal experience for merchants. Your responsibilities will involve identifying solutions for product escalations reported by merchants. On a typical day, you'll handle escalations and devise solutions, ensuring their resolution in the shortest possible time for a seamless merchant experience. You'll address problems across various domains, including product, tech, and integrations. Your ultimate goal is to maintain an excellent merchant experience. Additionally, you'll create product collateral for use by merchant support, partner success, and business teams. What You Will Do:-
- Lead end-to-end solutions for merchant escalations, conducting thorough preliminary analysis and ensuring successful implementation.
- Oversee escalations reported by the Partner Success Team, Merchant Support Team, and Business teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to optimize processes, expedite execution, and ensure timely product fixes.
- Implement tools to enhance efficiency, facilitating smoother operations for engaged teams.
- Maintain regular communication with senior management, providing updates on status, risks, and change control.
- Engage in continuous brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
- Work closely with sales, PS and product to do the sales enablement, training and GTM.
What You Will Need:-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of experience working in product ops, ops or analytics roles.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proven project planning/execution skills, including estimating and scheduling
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- SQL & Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or similar) applications required
- Knowledge of the B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) industry is a plus.
