Purpose of the Role
1. Launching SM and HM NSO (New Store Opening) on time and within the budget.
2. Planning, Making and reviewing Drawings in Auto Cad, Budget preparation, Making BOQ, Vendor selection, Execution of the Various Project identified for Super market and Hyper market.
3. Developing Local Vendors in the Circle in various cities for Quick support and get the Rate Contract done for them through central purchasing team.
Principal Responsibilities
1. To ensure landlord scope of work to be completed on time as per MRPL standards.
2. To ensure MRPL scope of work completion as per MRPL Standards.
3. To ensure that the quality of HOTO (hand over & take over) is done as per the HOTO sheet.
4. Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
5. Ensures that there is fire safety and emergency preparedness
6. Travel to various location across the circle as per the requirement of projects
7. Identifying area of Improvement and development of Skills of the team
8. Measurements and certifications of projects
9. follow-ups for financial closure of invoices
10.Manage Relationships with contractors and service providers
11. Ensure Health and safety policies and complied with
12.Making Civil fit out Drawings in Auto Cad, Budget preparation, Making BOQ
Key Result Areas
1. Prepare and analyze cost estimates for new stores and oversee execution of the same.
2. Implement and monitor Best Practices in terms of Projects.
3. To ensure the completion of capitalization within 45 days of the NSO launch.
4. Both LL & MRPL HOTO index should be 100%
5. Ensure annual maintenance contracts to prolong Equipment life.
6. Prepares department budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget
7. Managing Vendors / Technicians for smooth Completion of Project.
8. Adherence to financial process and ensuring quarterly reconciliation with vendors
9. Ensure Project expenses within the budget
10. Prepare Civil Fit out design drawings in Auto Cad and BOQs
11.Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and
resources
12.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective
communication
13.Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met
14.Timeline Oversight: Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and
overall project delivery.
15.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety
standard
16.Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to meet project
specifications.
17.Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process,
making decisions to keep the project on track
18.Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address on-site challenges
19.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, logs, and change
orders.
