The Role
Responsibilities - BPO Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the BPO industry to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to our services.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Lead the team in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to motivate and guide our sales professionals in meeting and exceeding BPO sales targets and KPIs.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, offering regular feedback and implementing strategies for productivity improvements.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain adherence to quality standards and compliance with BPO industry regulations, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their unique BPO needs, resolve any concerns, and build lasting partnerships.
- Training and Development: Conduct specialized training sessions to enhance the team's knowledge of BPO services, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Reporting and Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to generate and analyze BPO sales reports, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on evolving BPO industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ideal Profile - You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales / Relationship Manager or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the IT Services/BPO industry.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
