Position: Sr. Manager - Purchase
Location: Daman
Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Responsibilities:
- To lead Purchase team for sourcing all kinds of Direct materials required across the group companies.
- Procurement of Raw Material, Packing Material, Chemicals and consumables from approved vendors and payment terms as per the policies of the company
- Sourcing Services across the group companies as per the requirement of respective Stakeholders
- Sourcing Right kind of materials within time and cost effective without affecting desired quality norms.
- Artwork development for packing materials. Keeping track of changes so that any rework / wrong deliveries / wrong artwork development is avoided. And all artworks are up to date.
- Sourcing and developing vendor for Kaisha life sciences as per the requirement of the R&D team and Business needs.
- Technical discussion with suppliers based on request for new development from user department of Kaisha Lifesciences.
- Alternate vendor development for critical items with regard to pricing and delivery.
- Alternate vendor development across all categories under your purview
- Negotiate annual contracts for items under your purview
- Responsible for design, development, implement purchase related instructions policies and procedures as per cGMP procedures
- Formulating policies and best practices and implement the same after go ahead from Seniors
- Arranging QCS and negotiating to assure on time service/goods delivery.
- Follows ups for timely payment of vendors
- Resolving vendor / contractor grievances and claims against the suppliers
- 100 % Adherence of company SOP's and policies
- Ensure Procurement efficiencies for best pricing, OTIF, zero rejections and cost reduction
- Handling and investigating and deviations, incidences and non-compliance related to Purchase activity
Required Skills:
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - Chemical/B.Sc - Any Specialization/B.Pharma
Salary: Upto 25.00 LPA
