Job Overview
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join at our client place based at Gurgaon (Haryana). As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all service activities related to commercial kitchen equipment. This includes scheduling maintenance and repairs, overseeing installations, and ensuring timely delivery of spare parts. You will work closely with our clients, technicians, and suppliers to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service activities for commercial kitchen equipment
- Manage and maintain service contracts with clients
- Collaborate with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Oversee installations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in commercial kitchen equipment
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role in the commercial kitchen industry
- In-depth knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and their functions
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards for commercial kitchens
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
