Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant at The Daleside Manor. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with food preparation, food service, customer service, and food and beverage maintenance. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent communication with team-members and customers in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Food preparation and food service knowledge and experience
• Customer service experience and skills
• Experience with maintaining food and beverage supplies and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred
• Certifications in food safety and handling are beneficial
