Job Title: Marketing Associate

If so, we want you! We're searching for a passionate and analytical Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving deep into social media trends, building data-driven strategies, and creating engaging content calendars.

Responsibilities:

Canva Design and Video Creation:

• You need to be good with creating astectic video's using Iphone, Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that resonates with target audiences.
• Be comfortable on and off camera and love experimenting with various trends
• Create and Edit post's , stories and videos on Canva.

Community Management & NPS :

• Assist with community management, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct survey , respond to mails and seek feedback from your end user and share reports to various stakeholders about the same.
• Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across social media platforms.
• Contribute to the growth and development and manage brand reputation.

Ads Research:

• Conduct in-depth research on social media advertising trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Analyze competitor campaigns and identify potential opportunities for our brand.
• Build and present insights-driven recommendations for ad campaign strategies and target audiences.
• Stay updated on the latest ad formats, features, and targeting options across various platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting targeting and budgets as needed.

Calendar Creation:

• Develop social media content calendars across relevant platforms as per the strategy scared with you.
• Research and identify trending topics, holidays, and relevant industry events to incorporate.
• Schedule a mix of engaging content formats, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure timely publishing.

Copywriting & Research:

• Conduct research to support copywriting efforts for social media posts and ad copy.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that resonates with target audiences.
• Stay informed about current events and industry trends to inform content creation.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist with community management, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media tools and technologies.
• Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across social media platforms.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the social media strategy.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience in social media , community coordination , design and marketing.
• Enthusiastic about startups and entrepreneurial mindset is a must.
• Skincare knowledge is crucial and necessary.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a keen eye for data-driven insights.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms and advertising.
• Experience with scheduling and content management tools is a plus.
• Passionate about staying informed about current trends and events.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
