Ensure availability of Service infrastructure & resources in allotted Franchisee/RP/Power cares and Service Hubs ( Service Providers) as per guidelines and QMS Standards. Train Franchisee & Dealers on Application & Installation and Service Providers on Testing ,Customer Handling,
Documentation & Service Software. 100% Utilization and Implementation Service Digital Initiatives in Channel Partners and Ensure Warranty registration at point of sales and time of claims as per process in Service Software.
Monitor the Service Calls that are registering in Call Centers & Service Providers and ensuring Service delivery to Customers with in TAT norms by updating details in Service software and filling details in documents.
Warranty adjudication by Visiting Service Providers as per route plan and Coordination with DC for reverse logistics.
Handle escalated complaints, give Product performance feedback to Superior and identification of TDA Batteries as per guidelines. Measure Customer & Distributor/Dealer Satisfaction levels on Product performance and Service delivery for necessary improvements
Attend Marketing Campaign /Sales promotional activities based on requirement without disturbing route plans.
