6. Establish good business relationship, spin selling, handling technical or commercial complaints.
7. Meeting customers face to face and holding sales discussions with them.
8. Writing up sales contracts.
9. Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
10. Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement and closing sales.
11. Following-up in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and emails enquiries.
12. Arranging appointments via internet leads.
13. Learns how to differentiate our product from the competition.
