As an HR Solutions Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility is to engage with HR managers and decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and challenges in relation to background verification. ·

Your role involves showcasing the unique benefits of Mplychek, emphasizing its ability to revolutionize background verification processes, resulting in substantial cost and time savings for HR departments. ·

You will engage with HR managers, understanding their specific needs, and positioning Mplychek as the go-to solution. With a focus on the security and ownership of candidate-driven data stored in the highly secure blockchain, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Mplychek in the HR technology market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. ·

Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients, demonstrating the value of our background verification services. ·

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services and stay updated with industry trends. ·

Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. ·

Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition through presentations and proposals. ·

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting. ·

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.

Qualifications: ·

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. ·

5-6 years of proven experience in HR Solutions Sales, Technical sales or background verification services. ·

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ·

Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. ·

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ·

Willingness to travel as needed.
