About Campus Konnect:
Campus Konnect, a dynamic initiative by Brand Touch in collaboration with Procter & Gamble, is dedicated to empowering students by providing skill training and personal development sessions in educational institutions across the country. We are looking for passionate Skill Trainers and Speakers to join our team and inspire the next generation.With a team of over 100 trainers across India, we are committed to creating a positive impact on campuses by providing valuable insights and skills to the students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct freelance sessions on Menstrual Hygiene and Personality Development in colleges as per the assigned schedule.
- Customize training modules to suit the specific needs of different college audiences.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment during sessions.
- Engage with students effectively to address their queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with Campus Konnect team to ensure smooth coordination of assignments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions or public speaking engagements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the assigned program topics (e.g.menstrual hygiene, mental wellbeing, grooming, personal hygiene, interview preparation).
- Ability to connect with and inspire students.
- Professionalism and punctuality in all aspects of the role.
- Flexibility to adapt to different institutions and audiences.
- Certification in skill training or public speaking is a plus.
