ValGenesis is looking for an experienced product engineering/development leader who could join our cloud product engineering team to lead the next-gen applications for our global customers. Responsibilities - Responsible for architecture, design, development, quality, and performance engineering of one or more enterprise products.
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for one or more enterprise product engineering teams.
- Ensure the quality of one or more product/application code bases and alignment with development standards.
- Development of highly complex cloud-native applications, interfaces, and integration with other systems.
- Lead/Own the complete development life cycle with agile principles for the concerned products.
- Review and recommend changes to the architecture/design/code.
- Head the development of enterprise platform and application features/services with microservices, and micro frontend patterns, using Azure cloud services, C# .NET Core, ReactJS, PostGres, etc, considering DevSecOps principles.
- Own and be accountable for the Performance, Scalability, Reliability, and Sustainability of the concerned enterprise platform/products.
- Guide the POCs/Technical Solution Approach using the combination of open source, closed source, and commercial technology/toolset.
- Evaluate and recommend software development tools.
- Strive for self-excellence along with managing, coaching/mentoring, and enabling the success of the development/engineering teams.
Requirements - 14+ years of product development experience with enterprise-grade products
- 6+ years of hands-on and strategic experience in leading cloud product engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, Micro-Frontend architecture
- Extensive experience with C#, .NET Core, Azure Cloud Services, and DevOps
- Working knowledge of the JS frameworks – React, Angular, etc
- Strong experience in container-based development, AKS, Service Fabric, etc
- Strong experience in messaging queue systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Strong experience in Azure Services like Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions
- Strong experience in databases like SQL Server, and PostgreSQL and knowledge of BI solutions.
- Good Knowledge of Code Quality, Code Monitoring, Performance Engineering, and Test Automation Tools
